Letting go

             It's so easier said than done, letting go.  What am I talking about it?  You know the type of situation.  Peter tells Sophia that you've been telling everyone she slept with half the patrons at Club A-GoGO just to get back at you for being honest about his shenanigans with Bruce.  You are so pissed at him.  He's jeopardized your relationship with Sophia, spread gossip about you to most of your friends.  How do you not want to hire some guy named Guido to work him over.  You have to let it go instead.  Keep reminding yourself about karma.  Ah, yes karma the universal equalized.  Remain steadfast in your believe that the Universe will make everything all right again.  And when he least expects it, he'll get his and you won't have anything to do it.  Beside even thinking it about it is not good karma for you.  So you try, oh how you try, to send only positive, loving thoughts out into the world and beyond.  But man, oh man, it really hard sometimes.  I think even the great powers of the Universe know it's hard for us to control some of those thoughts and they do cut us a little slack, but probably not for long.  So try, try, try to be the bigger person.  It doesn't always feel good at the time but in the end it will be better for you.  After all, you ARE the better person, act and think like the better person and let it go.  Hmm kind of reminds me of the final number of show I was in about a year ago, The Full Monty but those stories are for another day.  Peace out
